[Misc] HP Designjet T1200 44" Ink Rejection on 72B Ink Cartridges

Dear All,
I have a client who has a HP Designjet T1200 44" plotter. Now with the introduction of 72B Cartridges in Asia/Pacific region, the printer is rejecting these cartridges. I have learned from different forums that a new firmware that makes the new cartridges (i.e., 72B with new part numbers) acceptable must be installed.

I have not been able to find the correct firmware to resolve the issue. Can someone point me in the right direction or a link to the firmware itself? Any help is highly appreciated in this regard.

Usually I just google 'hp t1200 drivers' and the first link is the HP page with them. It's annoying their own search can't list it.

Update the latest firmware from HP website then try using HP72B.

Before installed the firmware should be installed only 72 ink cartridge and get ready the printer.
