    oj pro 7740

    my customer has a 7740 and she calls the problem the circle of death lol when she ties to print or copy it starts like its going to go but just has a arrow circling the word copy or print it just keeps circling I dont do this model on a reg basis im a toshiba guy mostly but have been doing this over 40 years hope someone has had this before

      In situations like this, I usually call the customer and tell them that a replacement unit NEW costs $360. Are you sure that you want to spend $120 for a diagnosis, that may or may not lead to fixing?

      Most say: "no, thank you." =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
