[Error Code] 33.05.23 on HP PageWide P77940

    I'm getting error 33.05.23 on a HP PageWide P77940

According to the manuals, all you need to do is to restart the machine it will clear itself, but it doesnt. The machine does boot up on the odd occassion, but very seldom... I didnt keep count, but realistically I'd say for every 20 or 30 times that it boots into the code, it will boot to the ready state once.

The boot process runs up to the initializing stage until between 29 and 42% then the panel will beep, the machine restarts and then goes into the pre-boot menu and displays the code.

so far I've done the following:

    1) disconnected all accessories and tried to boot with these attached
    2) tried a different power cable and power source (as per recommended normal troubleshooting)
    3) I've disconnected from the network
    4) from Preboot I've done a cold Reset, partial clean, and format with both old (v4.11 and 4.12) firmware, as well as new (v5.5 and 5.5.0.3) firmware
    5) I've disconnected connectors from the Formatter and Engine PCA
    6) Tried booting without inks
    7) Disabled use of the TPM
    8)Tried a new EMMC

Anybody have any other ideas for me?

Re: 33.05.23 on HP PageWide P77940

    error 33.05.23 on a HP PageWide P77940

is Security alert - The Intrusion detection memory process did not initialize /event code.

try going into the preboot menu and doing a erase and unlock on the hdd - then install the firmware - i have a archive of printer firmware let us know if you need it.
