Hp T830 , error code 0024-0000

Good afternoon. when the plotter was first started, error 0024-0000 appeared at 20% during initialization. after several attempts, repositioning the printhead, a lot of ink was used up, in the diagnostic menu, the ISS check gives error 0026-0100, 0824-0300 , 0824-0200 and 0824-0100 also appear among the errors.

Sounds like your first problem is a bad ISS. This could possibly be due to using refilled ink cartridges, or one or more bad ink cartridges. I believe the diagnostic has you remove the ink cartridges, so if it still gives an error then it's a bad ISS and not due to an ink cartridge. An ink leak in the ISS can cause problems. The 0824 errors mean no ink flow detected.

regarding the air bubbles i usually prime the inktubes with a syringe and draw out about 10 ml of ink out of the tubes with bubbles in them from the printhead side, the air could cause the ink not reaching the printhead.

Sounds like you need to replace the service station as well if there's ink coming out of the printer like that.
