we are a copier dealership. but we just started carrying the HP product line: 877,87770, 87750, 87740 models. we are now an authorized HP dealer. what are your opinions on these? it looks nice. from what i see it looks pretty straight forward replacing basic parts, drums, fuser. & etc... but do they hold up in the field? are they fairly easy to service? any known major issues? the web interface seems easy enough, just read and navigate to whatever you need. firmware seems to be easy enough as well. your thoughts are appreciated.

We too have just started to put these out into the field (as has everyone else as they are HP's newest series). Only time will tell how good they really are, but HP seems eager to prove their "all HP design" from the ground up and NOT a licensed design they've just re-labled with "HP" on the front. So far so good on our end.
