There's just one zip file. Make sure you follow the directions to replace the firmware included with the zip file as per the instructions.

With the USBflash I have to load the newest firmware?
With serialnumber starts with CN.... it's the T730-T830-2233C_firmware.zip?
Is Reflash Software for Non-WiFi the same like for others?

There's only one firmware download available for the T830, so I would use that. I have no idea if it will work; I've never done what you're trying to do. Good luck.

There are only the 2 reflash files (newer and older) no firmware?

After removing Main PCA: It has Wifi.
Normal starting: Wifi light blue than flashing without network wire.
It asks for actualizing with stick.
Newest firmware I've found: candela_dist_pr2_001.2233C-nonassert_appsigned_lbi-rootfs_secure-signed.ful2
Is this correct way? Thanks for helping.
With hp reflash I'm not able to install firmware.

Thank you Kiran! The actualisation should be done with stick which delivered with the plotter. But customer didn't have one. May be an fhx file.

Depends on the version shipped. At some point they already had the updated firmware and did not ship with a thumbdrive with an update. Same goes for the Main PCA; newer ones don't come with the thumbdrive because they're already updated. Maybe not to the latest but past the point needed to work.

Two points I'm wondering:
- Is it correct there is a new article number for Main PCA: Instead of F9A30-67001 new: F9A28-67020?
- After starting reflash, the Flash Progress window is not complete. I can see less than the upper half window. More than the lower half window lost.

With USB Stick seems firmware actualizing successfull. Afterwords error: Load new white paper (letter) in the cut-sheet tray. And video manual. There is a DIN A4 paper als usual in Germany.
Inside green LED flashs: xx xx xx xx .... No home or return buttom.

You have the right part/part number. You don't have to use cut-sheet paper; it can do an alignment on roll media.

Just load a roll of paper. It will complain it's not the right size but let you continue.

I have tried without success. I've no buttons. After turn on, initialisizing.... and it stops with above display.
