If you feed a roll of paper in, it doesn't take it? Are you sure you got all the connections to the main PCA correct?

Paper roll rotates backwards and pulls the paper out again. Flat cable is correct connected.

Sounds like the out of paper sensor is either not connected correctly or not working.

Removing paper sensor inkluce cable didn't solve. In my despair I've made an OOB Reset. Now it needs firmware again but didn't accept it in the same way I've done. Maybe because it's the same like last time. Left cover is still open and I checked all connections again. What can I do? Thanks advanced!

I think I need an older firmware than C2233 but didn't found one! Have anybody an oder version for me? Thanks advanced!

No, I cann't solve. I sold customer a new one. After delivery I'll have it in my firm, than I'll try firmware update again. I tried it with three differnent sticks. I gave it another name: Instead of ...2233C, I tried ...2332C.... without success. I don't find an older version.

Now I tested Firmware again without success. I think needing newer or older firmware than 2233C. But didn't found.

"Up"date with older firmware from wav was successfull. After testing update with the newest firmware again, succussfull, too. Paperroll and manual tray function. Testprints perfekt. Today I'll test printing from PC. But I don't expect trouble. Thanks for helping @all.
