[Error Code] Hp pagewide xl4500 error:0025-0005-0441

Hi can anyone help me clear the error code? I got the error code: 0025-0005-0441: Magenta Broken bag error,
Here is the bad thing happened:
I open the right side panel to replace the waster PCA cable. My hand probably kept touching and moving the ink tube, so that the plastic screw holding the ink tube connector loose, so that the magenta leaked one drop of ink. I wasn't aware of that until i turned on the printer and got the error code:0025-0005-0441

then I tighten the plastic screw, no leak, but couldn't clear the broken bag error. Can any technician in LA area come to my place to fix this? my address is 939 S Atlantic blvd, monterey park.

Any help will be deeply appreciated. Thanks

you may have gotten ink on the sensors or pwb. you should be able to reboot the machine to clear code. if not tech is needed

unfortunately the code is still there after rebooting again and again.
