Hp C5550 Printing only Yellow

Greetings,

Hp c5550 is printing only yellow color. Cyan,Black and Magenta are not appearing in prints. CMYK drums are rotating but the toner cartridges of CMK are not rotating. I am unable to find the reason. I have tried disassembling the drives and manually checked each rotation. When the printer is turned ON they stops rotating. Is there some kind of timing issue? If anyone experienced this fault then please share the solution or any advice.

If the drums are spinning you should notice something even faded, if there are no electrical problems. Have you taken a look at the laser
