    HP CP5225 Print issues

I am hoping someone has come across something like this before. The machine is running genuine HP cartridges though old - installed in 2018. The machine doesn't get a lot of use. Has a total page count of 4660 pages printed.

My first thought is the transfer belt solenoid sticking. The transfer belt seems to be in good visual condition.

    Any advice is warmly received.

It could be a delayed solenoid with the paper pick-up-feed or register

Thanks for the input. Its a horrible job getting to those solenoids. But i suppose while i will have it apart it will easy enough to look at.

Well after waiting forever to get a new solenoid - the problem persists. Anyone have any suggestions. It would be warmly appreciated.

Did you try a new black toner?

Yes, but it is not just black - the colours are skewed as well.

In the picture, it looks like the colors are where they are supposed to be and just the black is shifted to the left
