Help! I have a new printer that jams constantly and I am at a loss as to the cause. This is printer has less than 1000 pages on it. It can start a 10-20 page job but, about half way through, it won't pick the paper up and registers a jam. I replaced the feed rollers and sep pad and still does it. It is weird because they replaced their last M402 with this one for constant jamming issues also. They decided to call my company to service it as they are at a crossroads with it. I loaded the latest firmware on it also. I am not sure what is next??
