    My HP Printer not working

I have an HP Printer, whenever i do the print action - sometimes it is working sometimes it is not printing. I checked the technician and said that ink is clotting. I am running a packers company namely Pro Cochin Relocation. I have very less print to take in a week. He suggested me take Laser JET printing machine. Any facts on that?

... you get what you pay for. If you bought a cheap HP inkjet printer, then the downtime is on you.

If you are operating a business, reliability is more important than lowest cost.

Though some of us do work on ink based devices, the majority of the devices that we service on this forum are laser/toner based.

Tabletop ink based printers often cost more to service than the initial purchase cost.
We cannot really offer any kind of opinion until we know exactly what model of HP printer that you have. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

A couple of the realities of ink jet printing:
        1. Ink jet costs considerably more per page to use
        2. When ink jets do not print enough pages a day, they clog
