HP Designjet T830 load paper error/ no paper detected

We have been working on this printer and replaced the OOPS sensor but it still will not recognize the roll of paper installed. Is there another sensor to look at and/or replace? From reading and research I understand there is another sensor that mat be at fault but I am not sure where it is located.

just looked through the manual, there is only one Out-Of-Paper sensor, the other sensor is the Output Tray Sensor - you may have a broken flag, damaged ribbon cable, sick Bundle Board or sick Main PCA

attached is the relevant troubleshooting documentation and sensor test procedures from the service manual - hope it helps

Thanks, aAandy. Where is the output tray sensor located? From what I have read this sensor can get coated with ink and cause problems.
