    HP 4250/Envelope Feeder

    HI,
    I have to install 75 sheet envelope feeder to 4250,the feeder is new but came W/O instructions. Is there anything I need to know about installing feeder or is it relatvely easy to put on machine?

      HP 4250/Envelope Feeder

      It should be exactly similar to the HP 4000 series machines. Just open the MP door, line it up (connector on the right), and insert into machine. Make sure you do it with the power shut off. When it's installed, power up the machine and it should be automatically recognized.
      Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

              If it's going to networked, you might need RIGHTS to enable it.

              This happened to me with a Large Capacity Cassette I installed.
              I know what I know better than anyone else knows what I know.
