Dear all, I have a T2300 plotter printer with error 81:01. It's happening every day, I have to shut dow it restart then it works. But at least 3 or 4 times by day this msg appears.

Not sure what a 83.XX error is but any 81:XX errors have to do with the paper movement/axis. I'd run the media drive and rewinder diagnostic tests. Check for paper stuck in the paper path, and along the roller. Also make sure the paper and the tube it's on can not turn independent of the spindle. If it can the printer will think the paper has reached the end of the roll when it hasn't, though I have not seen it cause an 81:XX error.

Thanks, I made this 2 test and everything is ok. So I tried Carriage Assembly Test, than show error 55:11. The manual says it's Line Sensor.Comment

That's interesting. I'm not sure the two are related but if it fails testing then it should be replaced. The line sensor is integral to the printer loading media, but I've never seen a paper axis error caused by the line sensor. Will be curious to know if that resolves it!

I also do not bealive this, but this is the msg . Somebody told me to change the sensor of disk encoder.

If somehow the problem with the media advance causes the line sensor error, then it's possible it is the media advance encoder disc and sensor. Those would cause 81:xx errors.
If the carriage diag relies on moving the paper while testing the line sensor, and there's a problem moving the media, then it's giving a false line sensor error. The problem lies in the media advance.
Replacing the encoder sensor and disc is pretty easy and inexpensive.
