    HP Designjet Z6dr Plotter

I have been having this problem with a HP Z6dr plotter.. It occasionally ejects the Rolls of paper from both #1 and #2. at least
4- 5 times per month no specific pattern. I have tried replacing the Paper Detection Sensor, Calibrated it, installed the updated
Firmware, twice. I been going crazy trying to figure this out.. please help with any suggestion. Thank You !!

Make sure that the core of the roll (the cardboard tube) can not turn independent of the spindle, and that the media can't turn independent of the core. If the printer detects the spindle turning but the media not moving (or vice versa) it will believe it's reached the end of the roll and attempt to unload.

I thought there was a rewinder calibration but I can't seem to find mention of it now. You may also have a bad or dirty media sensor, they seem to be problematic on these models, though I believe you said you replaced it. I'll see if I can find anything else out about the issue.
