Although we are an official HP dealer, HP are unable to supply us with fuser units until next month, so we are now having several machines calling for new fuser units. My colleagues have tried fitting new fusers from new boxed machines,but they do not reset. Im going to try myself tomorrow and I would expect the reset to be performed by a fuse blowing.Does anyone know if this is correct? If so does this mean that the initial fuser in a new machine is fuseless?
