I have a 4650dtn and I cant print in duplex mode. The paper prints on one side but once the paper feeds back into the printer for duplex, the paper always jams just outside the transfer unit? any suggestions would be apprieciated.
Either the guide on the fuser is not working properly or the rollers on the belt. I would bet on the fuser. Do you see a dent on the lead edge of what is going back in? That would indicate the paper getting caught on something.

Where can I get a diagram or service manual for the hp color laserjet 4650dtn?? rapidshare? if you have a link I would apprieciate it.
Thanks

That dent or fold is where the paper is being blocked. Look in that area for something out of place or broken.
