    HP 2015?Low toner issues

    Hi,
    Machine is saying ;low toner even though cartridge is new.I have tried several different cartridges(not just one distributor OEM + COMPATIBLE).It may run 10-20 copies and then it comes on again. I take cartridge out and shake it and it will work for a few copies before it happens again. Machice is perfectly leveled and and everything seems in tact. Any help would be appreciated.

      Clean the HVPS contacts in the machine that touch the cartridge. However, there is a known problem with the formatters on these machines, causing LED lights to stay on is one of the symptoms. I would try replacing the formatter 1st on this printer. Your problem may go away.
      Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

          HI,
          Thanks for helping me many times and once again.I will speak to customer today to see what they want to do.
