Does anyone have a part number for an upper fuser exit guide, the one that holds the (4) idler rollers? Figure 134 has a nice picture and breakdown, but no item numbers. =^..^=

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

HP never sold it. Canon did, but has now discontinued it. So this is definitely something 3rd party. We have some available by the way.
