HP CP3505 error 13.01

Hi my colorlaserprinter is not feeding paper from tray 2 & tray 1 and error 13.01 appear on the display.
Turn printer on printer is in ready mode than select to print a configuration page. engine started running than a error 13.01 appear on the display yhis happen with tray 1 also. any suggest ?

Sensor/flag/obstruction in the path could be your problem. The error should tell you where it is. "13.01.00 JAM IN TRAY 1" would mean you have a problem in tray 1 for example. If there is something in the path, the printer will go straight to the error regardless of what tray you're trying to print from. Once you know which tray, move the flag to see if it moves freely. Check for debris or an obstruction in the paper path. Run the manual sensor test from the diagnostic menu. You will need to know where each sensor is and what letter the printer has assigned for it.
