    Hp-3005 all copies are blank

    Hello everyone
    i have a customer with an hp-3005 printer that gives blank copies ( not even a line of an image) i replaced the toner(original). I did not open the printer parts yet.
    If anyone have an inf. Please replay .

      Is the machine really dirty? Always begin by blowing out printer and cleaning laser scanner (costs nothing to do).
      Clean HVPS contacts, check cables to HVPS.

      Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

              Hello:
              The problem was some toner build on the hv unit contact, i did clean it and it works ok
