    HP 4014N with no paper pickup

    Have a 4014N that will not turn on the main paper tray pickup solenoid. When trying to print out machine just keeps cycling. Tried actuating solenoid in service mode and it actuates. The upper bypass tray feeds fine. Any ideas? Thanks for any help.

      I seen this 2 or 3 times. For the 4014 and the 4015 will not pick up the paper if there is a problem with the fuser.

          Check event log for errors
