Martian error in Color LaserJet 4700

    Gentlemen,

my problem with CLj 4700 ,its about lines or bars in the right side of the media, like u can see in the image and i hope u can give me possible answers. Thanks
    my acctions:

Total calibration was performed (03 times)
Updated firmware, make restores factory settings,NVRAM initializing and COOL RESET
check options for printing paper, and no progress is evident.
Checkout is disabled and retired cartridges magenta toner and shows no failure.
cyan was placed instead of magenta, and magenta instead of cyan), and now the problem is the cyan toner.
Changed laser of the cyan with the magenta, and error persists, check source (which is properly seated in contacts)
check contacts in printer and printer toner (magenta), cleaning and error persistent
    new magenta toner was installed
    new Dc controller was installed

Call Center initially recommended changing the toner, the formatter and dc controller

    Hi,
Just a shot in the dark, but could this issue not be caused by the H.V.P.S.? It looks like it could be a grounding issue. Did you try cleaning all the HVPS contacts?

        hi guys
im writing becasue today finaly we had the new formatter for this printer.
Like i said, eventually i changed the old Dc controller and check all parts that can be the problem like laser, toner, dc controller, HVPS.
I just changed the new formatter and i made 3 full calibrations then the problem is gone!!
hope if another one have problem like that, here is a little help to see what else can be the problem how i just figure out.

                  Hi Gleq,

Replacing the formatter board will solve your lockup issue.
