HP Laserjet P4015n Dont show S/N and P/N

Hi peopel

now im waching a Lj P4015n, the problem is that u cant see the P/N or S/N. But i fix the S/N with the options in Service, but just finding and asking support from anothers tech , i knew that stuff (P/N) dont have a way to get back or modify, so im just traying to take a help or another wieve from u Masters.
That could be a electronic cause??

Did you fix this issue.
I can describe to you how to fix this issue, not only for this model, but for most models with a network connection.
It involves sending a pjl file to the printer.

Hi

First you will need to obtain a 'batch' file from HP. Make sure the printer you are working on is within warranty.
You can send this file acroos a network connection via ftp (file transfer protocol), using a command prompt within windows.
As log as you have entered a static IP address, it is simple to do.
It is possible to modify these files with Windows Notepad, but caution is required, and HP do not recommend it. Once sent, print a configuration page to check.
PJL (printer job language), is code designed by HP to operate printers.
