hi all
i have a hp3027 with a 13.17.00 non specific paper jam display on screen at front door
checked machine for any paper/or objects non found.replaced formatter,cold reset,and
reset nv ram still no joy anyone had this. all help welcome

Time to check for stuck or broken sensors. I was working on an hp mfp recently that had a stuck sensor, the error was reporting the jam in totally the wrong place. I'd say start disassembling and check for stuck or broken sensors.

check the sensor between tray and registration roller. It looks okay when you glance at it. It may actually be popped out of position.
