Is there another forum out there that is being used? This one doesn't seem to be used very often?

If you don't explain or give us enough info we can't help you, and no one knows all the answers. If we don't know we're not going to answer. Maybe I'm just getting lazy, but I have to pull teeth to get details from my customer. I'm not going to do that here. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I belong to 2 other printer forums. Both full of info. I get differnent info from each forum I goto.
But the quality tech on each site will not help the stupid.

Most of us have jobs and do this in our spare time to help out. Most of your posts Otuvak, have been answered by more than 1 tech and viewed in some cases over 100 times. I think that's pretty good.

I've been members of other forums and tech sites, some of which will earn you $$ for helping someone solve their problem. But, the fact is, this forum is by far the best resource (bar a service manual) a tech could have.I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work. ~Thomas EdisonComment

They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
