[Error Code] HP designjet 500 "Maintenance advised"

Hi,
On a designjet 500 of a my customer appears this message "Maintenance Advised".
Service Manual says "spittoon in the service station is full". i must replace this part.
i will replace the spittoon and service station...
how can i reset to zero the usage counter of this part? and disapper the Maintenance message?

Press the ↑ or ↓ key until the front panel displays the Setup Menu and
then press Enter.
Once inside the Setup Menu, Press the following key combination ↑ + Enter
to access the special Service Menu.

After that navigate through menu to Reset usage counter as your carriage has passed 6000000 cycles.
