HP CLJ 2550n supplies status lights flashing

Have a 2550n, all 4 supplies status lights are flashing, none of the service lights. Tried replacing the E reader, as manual says, but no luck. I'm a little confused, the E label reader is supposed to read the toner cartridges on the carousel, but it's mounted in the front to read the drum unit. I looked in the parts manual for another reader, but can't find one. What am I missing? or am I looking at the wrong sensor? Thanks..... Jeff M.

Is the carousel aligned correctly? Check the double pins on the left and right gears of the carousel drive shaft. Do they line up with the lines on the side of the carousel? The right one in not on the edge, it is inside the black toner cavity.
The toners may have just expired.

Agreed. May all the toners are just empty. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Found the problem. It was the e-reader for the toner cartridges. You have to remove the top plate, and then you will see the e-reader. This one had bad contacts. Replaced it with one from a junker, worked fine. Thanks.... Jeff M.
