4730: after f/w upgrade, web interface no longer detailed!

    4730: after f/w upgrade, web interface no longer detailed!

    Prior to the upgrade, I could view/edit the fax address book, as well as view/edit a great deal many more options.

    Is this behavior by design?

    HP JetDirect: J7949E
    Firmware Version: V.33.21

      Did you get the FW for just the base unit? You will need the MFP FW.
      Is it a CM model? Let the HP site install it if it will auto run.

          That's what I'm guessing I did: just update the JetDirect module. I'm d/l the HP Color LaserJet 4730mfp Printer Easy Firmware Update Utility now...

              Well, THAT didn't work... How would I go about finding the update for the *mfp* portion of the printer?
