I am aware of that in fact if you read my next to last post you will notice that it says I realize it has been awhile. Also, my last post says I wonder what the problem WAS.
I thought this forum was for technicians to come together to help one another.
    1. I am a technician
    2. I offered help (you did not, in fact this type of help is not even offered in a service manual)
    3. The threads aren't taken down (even after 4 years) why? My best guess is because they are searchable and can still help others

I know this particular machine very well and I hope what I contribute helps someone. I hope that us out does they let you know that there was no need for comments like yours.
At just 1 of my locations I have over 60 of these and know then very well. I also know that they are now at the age where felts are becoming more of a problem as well as things like hard drive problems and cables. Were you aware of that? Obviously this thread is still searchable..I found it and unfortunately so did you but you didn't offer anything of help and I did.
