Problem : When powering on the printer, no display is visible. Display remains dark.
Solution: Replace the DIMM on the Formatter board.

Problem : Dirty scan. When scanning(copying) a document, an area of the page has extra toner on it, and it is not caused by dirt on the glass.
Solution: Replace the Scanner Carriage Assy.
