A new customer has ten HP P4014's. They are running around 10k a month on each one. They want me to price a service contract for them. With and without toner. Everything else will be included, all parts, maint kits, etc.
Some of the machines have high page counts, 300k average.
What is a good way to price the contract without getting hurt?
