    HP DESIGNJET 800

    Heeeeeelp!!!!
    Got a HP Designjet 800, I did the Paper Advance Test and it passed it all but now I can't exit the service mode. Any idea on how to do it?

              Iknow this seems redundit after turning it off, but did you unplug it for a minute?

                      Pull any memory sticks off the formatter and try to turn on then put the sticks back on and try to reboot it.
                      Also if it has a jet direct card, remove it. If it is a 615 card, replace it.
