    hp lj 3600n

    customer called and says that she gets fuser error whenever the machine comes out of sleep mode. on/off gets it going again. any suggestions? TIA rb

      Which particular fuser error is she getting? Print the error log if you can to see what kind of errors she is having. Sometimes these things are power related, fuser related, and sometimes they are formatter related
