    Clear Fuser Error

    Hi
    I have a HP color Laserjet 3600 giving me fuser error.Is there a way of reseting the fuser unit or can i change the thermister on the fuser unit?Please help am start the Fuser unit is still new thus why i want to repair it instead of buying a new one..Is there someone who have came across this error and how do u clear this error?If someone have the Technical/Service Manual you can e-mail it to nrsmoyo@yahoo.com

      The only thing I know would be to shut it down, remove fuser unit, let it cool down, reinstall, and power on. The parts diagram did not show the thermistors or thermostat. You can get the manual for free at feedroller.com. They also supply parts and supplies. A good source to have. Good luck.

          There is no reset. Fix the fuser. Power back on.

          If the code remains either you haven't fixed the fuser, or the the problem is with the power supply. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
