Ask them to re-check for bent pin's,pinched wires or loose connections!

Is the machine dead or is is stuck booting. If no power is there a fan turning?

Not knowing what your answers are to the previous questions, I can offer this. It's a common sequence to lose a single voltage from the power supply, typically 24vdc used for the doorswitch circuit. Then later losing another voltage , i.e. the 5vdc logic level voltage, preventing the machine from booting up. Based on a very small amount of information I'd be led to the power supply PWB. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
