[Error Code] Hp 3600 - 59.C0 Error

Hi,

Display: 59.C0 Error

the main drive assembly has been removed for service repair by other technicians ; pls. tell me how calibrates them (gears position) correctly ?

59.C0- problem was sovled.

continues: 54.15 Error (service manual: an error has occurred with one of the toner -level sensors- 15=Yellow);
action: 1/check connector J1020 on DC controller board; 2/replace an other DC controller.
the problem's still happened.

*all of the cartridges are genuine Hp.

can Somebody help me ?

Since there were differrant techs and the main drive was changed it could be many issues. Start over.
Try full clibrate like 3 times. What was initial problem? Was it having this error before. (Look in error log).
I would check conectors and go as far as removing the assembly again and make sure its right. I feel for you.

54.15 error solved
action: reinstall main drive ass'y correctly=OK
*continues: PQ troubleshooting: magenta missing; print engine test=OK
action:
-replace spare parts as below:
1/magenta cartridge (genuine hp cartridge)=NG
2/laser unit=NG
3/high voltage PCB=NG
4/DC controller=NG
5/checked developing bias contact=OK.
6/ Calibrating after that; everything ..the same=NG
what will i do ? pls. help me..

Start over. Reading your posts both errors are resolved. What is the problem?

all problem due to Main Drive Assembly (MDS) reinstall incorrectly (before the problem, I replaced slide lever & cartridge locks, because it's broken).
the most important is cams & gears that control the moment of developers must be correct position; if not one or more of the color planes could be missed during printing.
