HP 4015dn shows 50,2 fuser error

I can cycle the power, but code returns. I replaced the fuser 6 months ago, 60K, because it split apart. Wondering if something besides the fuser could cause this? I did update firmware without luck.

If you used rebuilt, it just failed. Replace it again.

I replaced fuser on Thursday and so far, so good. Must have been a bad fuser.

Just an FYI:

High voltage power supply relates to transfer rollers and cartridge.
Low voltage power supply relates to fuser

Fuser is the 1st check for this problem.
Power Supply is the 2nd (lvps and hvps are in one board for this machine
