HP 4345mfp Consistent 13.02 paper jam

This 4345 with 150K on it will throw a paper stopped error in the upper print area. It is always in the same place, same error code. It will run smoothly for 10-15 prints and then jam. There is paper halfway through the fuser, and about two inches of blank paper coming out of the registration unit. The jam is always exactly the same. We have blown out all the sensors, changed fuser assy, changed duplex unit and all feed and separation rollers. Nothing matters. We've done the manual sensor test, everything is fine. All sensors work correctly....until you run it. Does anyone have any idea what this could be? I'm stumped.

      Reversing-Separation Guide?
      Reversing Assembly?
      Registration Assembly?

Did you check behind the Tray 1 P/U asm for labels/debris that may be slowing down paper movement?
Did you change the toner cartridge?
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
