Have a LJ4250dtn that was not feeding from tray 1.Cleaned rollers and sep. pad and it does feed now but registration is off.Trays 2 & 3 feed fine with no registration issues.Should I just try new roller and sep. pad in tray 1 or look at tray 1 pick-up assembly.

Replaced tray 1 pick-up assembly.

Check the gear with a spring, the spring's tension could be off.
