HI,
I know it has to do with lift motor.I checked and cleaned paper detection sensor. When I actuate manually the lift stops without fail every time.I also adjusted actuator down to make sure that as paper is lifted it actuates in time to stop lift. The spring on lift assembly is connected and I swapped out cassette to eliminate that as cause of problem.I couldn't really tell if any gears on assembly had hairline crack. What usually is cause of problem when you've seen this problem on this model?Do I need to replace LIFT ASSEMBLY.
THANKS ANDY
