HP DesignJet 500 cutter jam

Installed complete maintenance kit on this machine. Everything was working great when I left. Customer called back a few days later and said paper was bunching up and jamming (see attached photo) when trying to cut the paper. I went out and did same thing for me. I removed cutter and reseated. Everything looks good with how it is sitting, riding on rail, etc.

The cutter was included in kit and new.

Any help appreciated

I don't work on these a lot, but for what it is worth you might want to examine the guides leading into the cutter for flaws, like maybe there is a mylar guide that got turned or has a burr or a cut that impedes paper travel through that area. There might also be a chunk of paper or something else (glob of glue from the paper wrapper?) stuck in that area as well.

I woul make sure the cutter wheel turns freely, looks like it is dragging across paper.
