[Misc] HP LaserJet M4345mfp, scanning problems

Home black and white scanned the network is ok, the second page is slightly paler.
If the scan is in color, the first page is ok (blue writing on a white background), the second page is the reverse color (white lettering on a blue background).
It may be of a formatter board? Or what?

    thanks.

If you haven't tried rebooting the machine you should try that first.
You might also try changing the scanning output. And it sounds a tiny bit like you might have a corrupted or outdated program dealing with the scanned data right now, as I'm pretty sure a bad formatter can't cause color shifts like this. But I'm not totally sure, so take that with a grain of salt.

What type of scanning are you doing? TWAIN, FTP, SMB, Email? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I attached two test pages. For privacy reasons we attached the first page of each.
Scanning is done with the "Scan To Folder" from the printer

That narrows it by half: Either SMB or FTP.
            And what scan settings?
Have you tried altering the scan settings to see how it affects the images? Like DPI, Text-Text/Photo-Photo, compression, color versus monochrome, etc.

Not saying I have the answer but in any situation like this where you get weird result I always make sure the firmware is the latest. I recently had a an issue with an HP multi function device that every so often would show the scan as a blank page when using HP scan software. Update firmware from a 2006 version to 2012 and the issue never returned. Just saying that it is easy to update and is a good to at least eliminate firmware.
