Anyone seen a 4250TN suddenly start running about half speed when printing? It's not the network as the customer has several printers and the problem follows this printer. I've checked the paper settings and changed the formatter. Same result. It warms up at normal speed, but prints slow. Any ideas?

Re: HP 4250TN running slow
I don't know. They have several printers. It only effects this one printer no matter what station they put it at. Same driver is driving all their printers. This one suddenly started running slow. It's not a network issue. It's in the printer.Comment

Re: HP 4250TN running slow
I saw this just recently. My problem child had 3 trays and it only did it from tray2. Tray 1 and 3 ran normal speed so that narrowed it down pretty simply. Swapped out tray 2 feed assembly and every one was happy.
Strange thing was it never jammed from tray two. Just ran at half speed.Comment

Re: HP 4250TN running slow
Check if PS104 Output-bin-full sensor operates normaly.Had many times when the actuator of these was stuck and slow down printing.
