I have three HP 4650 printers. Two of them have print quality issues. It only seems to be with the magenta and cyan colors. Even when I disable the cartridges to test them by swapping them out problem does not follow colors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a sample thanks.

Is your transfer belt remaining clean?
Is your transfer belt damaged? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Looks like the ink isn't fusing to the paper. Swap fusers and test. could be something stuck to UFR, like a label. The greatest enemy of knowledge isn't ignorance, it is the illusion of knowledge. Stephen HawkingComment

But it only happens to magenta and cyan. Black is perfect and yellow is perfect."Broken again"Comment

If you are positive the problem is not in the cartridges, Then check the fuser. Are these cartridges refurbed? If the answer is yes, you need to swap those two colors with the one that works fine. If the problem persist when you put 2 cartridges in that you are sure re good, you must look at contacts for the cartridges or maybe a dirty laser lens. You have it easy if you have a working one in the same area. You should be able to swap until you isolate the problem.

I think I'd print something full page gray halftone, on the largest paper possible, to see if:
1) it's moving around the page
2) it's cyclic (repeating at specific intervals)
3) to see what colors are affected
Please post the results. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
