Good day, I was wondering if anyone could help tip me to the meaning or cause of a 51.10 error on a 3015 printer? I've tried to look it up on a manual, but with no success. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or ideas!

A 51 is a laser unit code. Do not know what the .10 is though. -

Ditto that. If it's in a dirty environment you might try cleaning the laser optics, and see if the polygon mirror motor spins freely/quietly. Note: Never touch the surfaces of the polygon mirror with anything. A super soft cloth will scour the shit out of the mirror surfaces. Air only on the polygon mirrors. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
