Where's that event log, cucuklotz? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It depends on how big a file it is. You can upload files up to ~1MB in size. Larger files will exceed size limitations. =^..^=

When you are composing a post, if you scroll down a bit you'll see a button labeled "Manage Attachments". Click on that, then in the window that opens click on the "Add Files" button. When your picture shows up in the lower pane of the "Manage Attachments" window, click on the "Insert Inline" button. The picture will then show up in your post editing window, and when you click "Submit Reply" the picture will show up in your finished post.
It took me a bit to figure that out when I was a noob here, so I hope this can help you now.

Check paper size detection and default settings as all these issues look like they could be caused by size mismatching

What do the jams look like?

Sometimes you get a batch of fusers that aren't lubed well. The sleeve doesn't turn when the pressure roller does, and you get fuser stopped jams or fuser late jams. When you take the print cartridge out, does the printed portion of the paper back up to BEFORE the transfer roller? If it does, it sounds like the fuser sleeve isn't turning properly.

The pressing button to get it to print--probably just the paper tray. They slammed the drawer and now it's on the wrong paper size setting.

                          Hi
I appreciate all the responses,Yes there was a lot of mismatching of paper sizes.I set all trays to standard setting and set them all up for 8.5x11 plain paper.(could mismatching be caused on the way the network guy set up the individual printers?)there are 5 computers on this machine.Ill check new fuser and replace drive gear today just in case.
                          THANKS ANDY

I supervised the rebuild of thousands of these machines. Common failures are solenoid (tray 1 &2) sticking causing pick roller to keep turning, tray 2 pick gears get gummy and wont turn causing pick roller not to drop and spin (basically when the solenoid releases the gears, the spring is supposed to pull the gear to engage and all the grease causes the gear to stick). then registration problems but that usually was indicated by dog earring. And of course fuser sleeve can be a problem.

That was my first thought when I saw the 13.20 jams. Even newly rebuilt fusers are often poorly lubricated, and benefit from cleaning the heater and re-lubricating it. =^..^=
