hp designjet 4000 display says insert print head of configuration

hello ,I wanted initilize the prime tubes on this model , but I dont have the printheads of configuration then I canceled it, but when the printer reboot the same message appers on display . open the window and change the printheads an set the printheads of configuration, How can I reset this message. In others models It reset when turn off amnd turn on. Maybe in service mode there is an option. Thanks in advance.

I know of no way to cancel the process of priming the tubes. You'll need to obtain a set of setup printheads (Q1273-60111) and go through the procedure.

I also done this but when I installed the new setup heads and close the cover it immediately prompts to install new set up print heads again any help would greatly appreciated
