Thank you all. I contacted an H-P tech who told me how to unlatch it from the right side. The latch was not broken, but to Front Door Handle is.

yea then tried to force it and bent the "Blank" out of it" or broke a lever

Sounds like they didn't insert the toner cartridge fully.

Customer changed a toner and then tried to close front door. Door won't close or open now.
